Coach Wardle writes letter to the fans published in PJS
...nice sentiment - and THANKS Coach Wardle...
"Thanks, and working toward a winning future
By Brian Wardle
Dear Bradley basketball family,
With our first season in the books, I want to extend gratitude, because
much is due. The central Illinois community has been so welcoming to my
family and my staff and their families. We are appreciative and say, “Thank you!”
To the game-day personnel who made the season run smoothly, the many
game management volunteers, the cheer and dance teams, the Bradley
basketball band, our emcee Josiah Williams, every usher, the parking
attendants and everyone else in between, we say, “Thank you!”
Most important, we say “thank you” to our season-ticket holders,
boosters and loyal alumni and fans. You are the backbone of this program.
We absolutely could not do it without you. We feed off your passion. Our
staff feels it, our players feel it and our recruits feel it and we need you to
continue believing in us and our vision for the future. We worked hard to build
championship habits and mentality this year and are excited to continue to
develop these student-athletes in the offseason. Thank you again for a
memorable 2015-16 Bradley basketball season.
Go Braves!
