I was surprised how the officials let them play. I got an early impression they were gonna call it pretty tight... shows ya what I can infer. Zach did get a couple quick ones. And I think there were two whistles in the first 42 seconds of the game. Maybe they tried to set a tone... and then let them play from there.

WF..........3-4 from 3 pt line..........glad he was on...0-5 on DR and DA hit the only other 3 tonight? I also think Dave Snell said this was the lowest output on a Braves vitory since 1998?

Can a game be ugly and still be exciting? You better believe it.....

Too bad the game wasn't on TV so Digger could watch the first half and then rag on the Valley some more!

Here is the SIU side of the story--

This article says neither team lead by more than 5 points which is incorrect. SIU had a 9 or 10 point lead early.

This was one of the most exciting games I've ever seen, and I have been watching for a long time.
Bradley beat SIU by doing what SIU does best- tight defense. That collapsing zone defense that Jim Les employed most of the night was a stroke of coaching genius.
My vote to Jim Les for the Coach of the Game!

                    Great team effort!

No doubt the zone defense helped BU win the game.

So I didn't expect them to call that foul on Mullins at the end. Thank goodness the ball dropped through.

This is one game the crowd definitely made a difference. It seemed to bother SIU down the stretch, and they really struggled to score.

i agree. the officials favored siu all night.

I love how their forums are filled with nothing but whining about their pathetic offense.

IMO, it wasnt their offense, it was our defense. Our inside game seems to have improved a ton tonight too...even with SIU all over us. I dont think I've seen a team defend us so well...

And a BU win is always better when Duke, Mizzou, and Bruce Pearl all lose!

I am glad that you were cheering!!!!
It was a game to be seen first hand.
They need to show Zach's dunk during the peviews!!!
When Zach is on his game, we have a lot better chances anywhere!!
