ISU Red - Expect the Redbirds to get back on the winning side.

UNI - Team playing well against a team not playing well.

Missouri State - Someone has to win. May as well go with the home team.

Wichita State - Loyola has played well the last month but the Shockers are on another level.

Man, last week of reg season MVC play. Seems like the Valley season always quickly flies by, and here we go toward Arch Madness. Onto MVC pick 'em round #17:

UE Aces > BU....Too much on the line for the Aces, but think the Braves hang with UE for awhile.
ISU Redbirds > SIU....The Redbirds gifted a game to the Salukis down in Carbondale. ISU's senior night, and the Redbirds want that #2 Arch Madness seed.
UNI Panthers > ISU....UNI has played much better for weeks now, meanwhile the wheels have come off, and the wagon's in the road for the Sycamores.
MSU Bears > DU....At home, the young Bears take down the Bulldogs in a close one.
WSU Shockers > LU....Ramblers HC Moser has LU playing much better, but WSU pulls out a roadie W. An upset here is not out of the realm of possibility.

Wacky things sometimes happen at the close of the Valley season, so maybe not this round, but the final MVC round of games could be very interesting. We've got a few teams that are really starting to hum now that Arch Madness is just over a week away.
