Knowing coming into the season that we were going to lose a lot hasn't made it any easier to watch. We need more shot makers. Plain and simple, this team currently is a terrible shooting team. Can't wait for year two. Hope these players make huge strides in the offseason.
          Gotta stop feeding the trolls.

Sorry but tonight was brutal to watch.....no excuse for the FT shooting, or 3 pt shooting! Loyola wanted it more in the 1st half, brought the heat and we just let it happen. When did we become a 1 center team? When Barker was out we played with a forward at center? Didn't see anything on the court tonight that the back-up player's would have done worse!

Ugly!!!! Painful to watch. Hard to believe 3 for 20 shooting 3 pt attempts and 6 for 16 at the line with some of those front ends of 1 and 1. Hopefully the recruits for next year will start at some of these positions.

It was discouraging, especially when you know we can shoot better. Loyola beat us with defense. Why is it that we don't give Cooper a chance?

Positive is that we continue to play with reduced turnovers. Early in the season, we could not mount a comeback and I saw a copule of brief ones tonight.

winnable game but we picked the wrong time to play badly & shoot badly

we seem to have missed the front end of every one-and-one we have had all year - especially painful since it's really two missed points.

Then we got the incredible draw to land Rick Randall as one of the refs - the shaved head guy who made virtually all of the ridiculous calls against us..
a guy who has been disciplined before by the MVC

and a guy who has appeared in the past to have an agenda against Bradley.

My sentiments exactly. I counted four 1 and 1's we missed, 2 in each half. so we left as many as 14 points at the FT line. And I agree with Mike...I'd like to see a little bit more of Davante Cooper. Barker works hard and tries, but he keeps getting his shot blocked too easily, and his defense is not strong enough yet. Loyola scored 28 points in the paint with possibly the smallest front line in the MVC.

I hate to see us play so badly but at least we have the excuse that we are a hastily put together team of essentially all marginally recruited freshman with zero DI experience...

so, what's Porter Moser's excuse that his team is as bad as we are when we play our worst game - he's had FIVE FULL YEARS to build that team!

This was a terrible game to watch. Once again, Wardle looked down his bench and saw nobody he could put in that could help. Hanley, a walk-on had more minutes than three scholarship freshmen. If you're a freshman on this team and you don't get to play, well, you're never going to get to play. Either you aren't good enough or your practice habits are horrible. Either way, they probably won't be here next year.

The kool-aide tasted awfully sour tonight. How can any team be that bad shooting free throws. Sure thought we were past having games like this. I can see why Loyola has been winning recently because of how physical they were on defense. But when you hold a team to 37% shooting and outrebound them by 10 you just don't expect to lose by 11 while scoring just 43 points. Not much left to say. 1 step forward, 3 steps back.

Offense has been a problem all season. A few games we shot decent, but for the most part it's been bad all season, including free throws. If you can't shoot free throws you can't shoot while being guarded.
