In the other MVC game Tuesday, Drake went to Indiana State and came away with a narrow loss 63-56..
but this was a one-possession game in the final 30 seconds...


One game that kills our RPI () TCU drops to 1-8 in the Big12 losing at #1 Oklahoma

The UK-Tennessee game was on ESPN and was great - the Vols knocked off UK 84-77, UK gets nothing from their bench as they drop to 6-3 in the SEC
A kid we were recruiting, Admiral Schofield played a huge part for Tennessee!

Big time payback for Max Bielfeldt-
Indiana goes to Michigan (where Max played for four years) and knocks off the Wolverines 80-67, Max got 5 pts/7 rebs
Michigan's starting frontcourt got 2 pts/3 rebs


One last thing - I saw a long drawn-out commentary by a couple of the ESPN talking heads just sadly bemoaning how terribly hard things must be
for poor, poor teams like Duke & Mike Krzyzewski and Kentucky & John Calipari.... tsk, tsk, tsk...almost made me cry....
...so stressful on Coach K that he literally had to take a day off and let his assistants coach tonight at Georgia Tech! - LINK

Duke just dropped out of the Top 25 for the first time since the Civil War, and Kentucky has lost FOUR of their last six road games!!!
Neither team can seem to catch a stinking break nowadays!!!
The wailing went on that it's just soooo hard to stay good when you recruit all these tremendous NBA-caliber players who want to head to the draft after just one or two seasons....it's just a nightmare for those teams to actually have to go out and land more and more 5-star players year after year...
..awwww.......I was heartbroken....can't imagine how hard it must be for those head coaches who only earn $8 or 9 million per year...
