Illinois bounced back from the loss at Indiana and pulled out a win at Minnesota, who remain winless in the Big Ten. Malcolm Hill had 28 points and 10 rebounds to carry Illinois. The game stayed close, and was tied 60-60 at the end of regulation. But Illinois scored the first 11 points of overtime to lock it away.
