I'm surprised it's that close and some board predictions are closer! Am I missing something??

ISU is a poor road team, and has lost their last 3 games. If they play the way they have been playing, Bradley can defend them.

As poorly as Bradley played, they had a last possession to tie the game but never got across half court. Final score was 55-52. We still are not seeing much improvement on offense.
ISU looked terrible on offense, too, despite their obvious talent advantage. I still am baffled by how many low percentage long outside shots their big men keep launching. It kept Bradley in the game.

ISU did look terrible - for a team that's already been building for several years, and who were picked to be one of the top teams in the league - their fans have to be kinda bummed...

the stats have us for 12 turnovers...that's hard to believe since I saw the halftime stats and we had 9 in the 1st half. Pretty sure they missed a few.

Hate to sound repetitive but we still need the same things we have needed for four years...
--better point guard play, big guys that stay out of foul trouble, shooters who can hit the open shot, make free throws, and for gosh sakes make the open layups!

ya can always count on a commentary from Kirk Wessler telling us all what we already know he's gonna say- that Bradley played bad & missed a lot of shots.
Sure wish he'd spend a couple sentences mentioning how and why Bradley got so historically bad and that it didn't just appear this season out of the blue...
..or maybe a mention that Bradley has been this bad since 2011 and we all saw it coming even before that but he totally missed it 'til now and has been cluelessly saying we are way better...

Very impressed with what I saw from Ronnie Suggs last night. In my eyes, he's emerging as one of if not our best looking freshman. He has a nice sense of the game.

I sure agree with you. He is our go to guy perhaps because he is one of our more consistent players. He is a good ball handler compared to the rest of the guards. He is steady.

Like most of us, I am looking for positives. Maybe I am wrong, but I think we are playing a little better?

Both teams played poorly, but I think we played better than a lot of our past games so far this season.

                              Our typical problem areas:
We had less fouls than ISU. We had 21 fouls compared to our average of 23
We had less turnovers than ISU. We had 12 turnovers compared to our average of 17.4

Of course, we still need to improve in every area, but I hope that we can continue to improve by fouling less and turning it over less, especially the unforced turnovers.

ISU is a .500 team. They sure didn??™t look like it last night. We let one get away. That is a rare thing this season and suggests improvement. If anyone believes in moral victories, I think we saw one last night.
