JC knee?

Does anyone know how JC's knee is doing?How much longer will he be out?

He was still officially on crutches at Drake, but was walking a bit without them. He looks good and apparently feels good. I have not heard anything official about the time for his return. His injury was in the Southern Miss game 12/23 (just a little over 2 weeks ago). I expect it will be a couple more weeks before he is OK to go full speed.

JC was hurt durning the Missouri State game on Jan 2 right??? so he will be out more than 2 weeks

He was hurt in the Evansville game on Dec 30th. Here's the stats from that game:

Yes, it was the Evansville game on Dec. 30 that JC went down. So he has only been resting it for slightly more than a week, not 2. That means he could be out 2 or 3 more weeks min.

I have it on good authority that the earliest JC will return to the lineup is the 31st against Creighton.

Me too, I heard he's feeling pretty good. If anything I think Les is the one keeping him from starting earlier, just because we're going to need him come March.

I'm not aware of any setback. JC's dad told a friend of mine that he won't be back until the 31st.

I hope he's able to come back sooner, but that's what I heard.
