There is word that Flash Flanagan, Central Illinois prep basketball enthusiast, coach, promoter, and guru has passed away after a stroke.
He was once assistant coach at ISU under then head coach Will Robinson.
He was also head coach at Elgin HS and asst at East Carolina.
Flash was 74 years old.
anyone name another of the assistant coaches at ISU while Flanagan was there?
