Great article about Alex and what he means to Valpo. I have said all along he should have been our number one target 3 years ago. Instead Geno made a serious mistake that may have ended up costing him his job. He wanted the Taphorn boy in the worst way and Nate was a very nice player but no where close to what Peters would have given us. I saw them both several times during their high school careers and I liked Peters much better and I have posted that many times on this board. It sure would have been nice to have had Peters and JC in our lineup every game. I guess I can only dream. As much as I liked Geno , I think he made some very bad recruiting decisions that led to him moving to Florida. Now that was not a bad decision.
