The MVC drops 3 of the 4 games tonight.
Live scores for NCAAM games on December 1, 2015 on ESPN. Includes box scores, video highlights, play breakdowns and updated odds.
This is looking like it could be the worst conference RPI season in decades for the MVC. I am not sure the MVC has ever been this low since the RPI was invented in 1981.
They are now the 16th rated conference, and are in danger of dropping another notch or two.

MVC is now 35-33 but just 28-33 vs. Division I. I know one is a win over #1 UNC and several more are wins over ranked teams, but a lot are losses to bad teams.
For Missouri State - they drop to 1-5 but Obediah Church making a strong statement that he might be the best freshman in the MVC..
...was 7-8, 14 pts, 6 rebs, 4 blocks, 2 asst, 2 stl
Mockevicius played just 16 minutes - had 12 pts, 11 rebs...
Evansville is 6-1 yet their opponents have been so weak thus far their RPI is still in the 70's...
their really weak schedule could bite them if they don't win the MVC Tourney!

Indiana State ????
6'9 Frosh Emondre Rickman played 14 minutes, had 10 points & 8 rebounds.
No other positives about the game! Team seniors "talk the talk" but don't "walk the walk" AGAIN; patience wearing thin with a sparse anyway following in Terre Haute.
Could get mighty cold in the hot Hulman Center this season?

yeah- Rickman had a nice game - but a loss to EIU does hurt..
I hope all the teams at the bottom of the MVC (BU, MSU, InSU, but even ISU & Wichita who are a combined 5-9) get it together and start winning to build the Valley's resume..
BTW- congrats to Drake's Kale Abrahamson for winning BOTH the MVC Player of the Week & Scholar Athlete of the Week awards..
Too bad the MVC folks do not know his name is Kale - not Kyle...

MVC had only one game Wednesday
SIU 74 - SEMO 50
For SEMO, Peoria Central's Trey Kellum started and had 9 pts, 4 rebs, 3 steals
NIU beat Chicago State - ex-Bradley Brave Devon Hodges (now goes by Devon Friend) finally got cleared and became eligible after sitting out the past couple years...
...he played 12 min and had 4 pts/6 reb
