  • Jucos and transfers

Coach Wardle appears to prefer 4-year recruits over junior college recruits, but there have been stretches in Bradley's past where coaches have relied heavily on junior college players and transfers from other 4-year schools. We saw a heavy influx of jucos in the last couple years under Geno Ford, and Jim Les and Dick Versace used jucos to build winning teams.

Here are the numbers of jucos and 4-year transfers on the rosters of teams over the past 45 years:

Wow, that is a very telling statistic.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

when we had five juco kids in 2006 (who btw were pretty good and took us to the Sweet 16)
it prompted an article scolding the coach & the program for "Too many jucos"

        Speaking of transfers...

6-11 post player from Mississippi State, Fallou Ndoye, just announced he is leaving and transferring...

he wants to play on the west coast and is visiting UC-Davis. He would have to sit out 'til December of 2016, then would have two seasons of eligibility.
