As someone else noted elsewhere, Sam Maniscalco's St. Pats beat Marian, 54-38.
Sam scored 13 points.
Also last night Saginaw HS destroyed Midland HS 88-51 in front of a packed house in Saginaw in their first home game of the season (one of only six home games they have this season!), with their largest lead stretching to 39 points.
Daniel West had only 3 points but fed the ball to the low post all night long, with Saginaw's two big men scoring 19 (6-10 Josh Southern), and 20 (6-6 Draymond Green.)
The Saginaw Trojans are 8-0.
Anthony Thompson's Houston Klein Forest played Thursday night and won 85-49, with Anthony scoring 16.
They play again today.
Xavier Crawford's Yuba 49ers won 73-67, Mareceo Rutledge scored 22,
Royal Edwards scored 22, and Demetrius Young scored 22.
Yuba had recently just won the Consolation Title of the Columbia Tip-Off Classic, with a 100-83 win over Columbia (Young 24, Mareceo Rutledge 23, Aaron Garner 20, Edwards 1
, and an 81-76 win over Porterville.
Kyle Rische was named to the all-tournament team.
