Ben Zobrist (KC Royals & Eureka HS) Related To Aaron Zobrist BU MBB (Metamora HS)?

Haven't seen a lot here on BF.com about Central ILL MLB star Ben Zobrist, from Eureka (and Eureka High School), now playing for KC Royals in the WS.

Is he related to former BU MBB player Aaron Zobrist, who played HS BB at Bradley in the 1990's?

Ben was an unheralded HS baseball player in Eureka who attended a baseball tryout right after high school. From that, he earned a scholarship to a near by small college, Olivet Nazarene. From there, he transferred to Dallas Baptist, where he eventually was drafted in the 6th round by the Houston Astros and started his MLB career gaining initial success with Tampa Bay Rays before being traded to KC Royals this season.

I am not an expert but have heard that all the Zobrists from Eureka, Metamora (several in the insurance business), and Morton (many are in construction business) - are related via cousins/marriage/etc.
...and as long as Ben keeps doing well, then more & more people will likely claim to be cousins....
btw - one of the Morton HS championship golf team members is also a cousin of the Zobrists)

FWIW it has been written that Nate Kennell is 1st cousins with past Brave Aaron Zobrist & he just recently tweeted he is a more distant cousin of Ben Zobrist
