Does anyone know why the time was set at 10 AM? I can't recall any public event, game, or otherwise that Bradley has ever scheduled for fans that was scheduled so early.

I will take a guess but it's only a guess....
Bradley women's basketball have their first game on Sunday, Nov. 1st so I am sure they need the floor for a practice Saturday - but BU Volleyball plays at home that evening - so I suspect they were left moving the BU men's basketball scrimmage way to the morning so the WBB could get their practice in and still have plenty of time to set up for the evening VB.
