Every year a few of the beat writers release their ballots in advance...
Here's the Wichita beat writer's ballot this year - he picks Wichita 1st and also says Bradley won't be in the top half of the Valley either this year or next.

It's pretty obvious where everyone will pick Bradley this year but every other position except 1st kind of has no clear answer.
