Braves involved in the community

Nice to see Coach Wardle is having his players involved in the local community. PJS has an article about some team members visiting children's hospital and boys and girls clubs in Peoria. Coach Versace always had his teams involved in the community.

Coach Wardle told me this was an important part of his program. In addition to the goodwill it imparts in the community, it is an important character-building part of his plan. I saw how excited kids were to see the players in the West Peoria parade. It is great to see this!

Here is a great video with Dave Snell narrating some of the community involvement of the Bradley players. There is an interview segment with Ronnie Suggs visiting sick kids in the hospital at about the 45 second mark. And it is also the first look at the newest Brave on campus, Luuk van Bree who was visiting a community center with other players starting at about the 1:35 mark of the video. There is also a nice interview with former Brave Daniel Ruffin, who is a counselor there.-
