Well this one isn't 100% Bob Huggins' doing, but pretty nearly so as it involves predominately some of his recruits who are still at Cincy.
Cincinnati has fallen below the NCAA's minimum guidelines for academic standards, (APR = Academic Progress Rate)
and they have now lost one scholarship!.
They will be down to only 12 basketball scholarships available until the problem is fixed, and it may be a couple years (read the article).

Although the school is taking the high road and not laying blame on Huggins, see if you can read the facts nad not come to the same conclusion I did, that this is indeed a mess of Bob Huggins' doing.
