Here's an interesting new law in the state of Wisconsin...just signed by the Governor

Milwaukee needs a new downtown arena to placate the Bucks....
As usual - there's trouble finding the over $500 million they propose it's gonna take...

so they passed a law that would hit EVERY ticket buyer at the arena for potentially decades to come to pay a $2 surcharge for each ticket..
That would include Marquette basketball fans, concert fans, and even NCAA Regionals if they are held there.

ALSO -
$400 million, though, is being charged to the taxpayers!!

Northern Iowa reports NEW season ticket sales are up over 1,000 - way better than any year in their history...
even after their Sweet 16 season they didn't do this well.
