I see they listed Alex O'Neill as being from Peoria Richwoods.

For those that don't know, Alex started out at Peoria Christian, but spent his sophomore season (2012-13) at Peoria Notre Dame. But he returned to Peoria Christian HS for his final 2 seasons.

This has to be a top objective for Coach Wardle and staff...recruit and have success in Illinois, then Wisc, Ind, Missouri, Ia and Minn.

While I agree that it's nice to build a regional recruiting base, I don't care where a player is from if they can help the team win. Again, I can understand why having success in regional recruiting can be helpful, but it's not the be all end all for having success. I want our coaches to make sure the players we get can play and help us win, and worry about local and regional relationships secondly.

I agree. I don't care if all 13 players come from Vermont or Idaho. Just build a winning program.
