There is no way ISU or Bradley would ever get a home and home game with Kentucky. We need them a lot more than they need us. That's why ISU is taking $90,000 and getting out of town, just like Bradley taking $85,000 and getting out of town at Arizona next year. When you're as good as Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina, etc., you dictate who and where you play non conference games.

Hats off to ISUr. Muller is certainly not Jank when it comes to scheduling. First year he was there they played at Louisville (when they were ranked #1?) and lead the whole game and almost beat them---this year they have 2 preseason top 4 teams on their schedule (Kentucky & Maryland). Likely lose both--but I think it is good for them and the Valley--hoping we can do some of the same in a couple years when Coach Wardle gets us back to being competitive.

Northern Iowa just announced a deal with North Carolina, a 2-for-1...
North Carolina will play at UNI on Nov. 21, 2015, then UNI will go there the following two seasons...in 2016 and 2017..

because of the remote possibility that NCAA might actually act on all of North Carolina's severe academic and other violations - UNC could be under serious sanctions soon
