All he did in his 7 seasons was take over a perennially bottom dwelling team and take them to the playoffs for 5 seasons in a row until they barely missed this season mainly due to serious long-lasting injuries to key players.
He coached them to three conference Finals and an NBA Finals and probably would have similar success these last 2 seasons if not for serious injuries to his key players.
