Looks like a big crowd for the game and they already appear to have had an effect on the officials. There have been several close calls that went against Wichita State.

Man SIU is a poor shooting team. They pass well and get a lot of open looks, but it seems nobody makes their shots. Mullins should stop shooting altogether.

At the same time they're calling NOTHING under the basket. Thomasson has been hit 3 times with nary a whistle blown. SIU just plays an awful style of basketball. They'll lose in the 1st round again this year.

Its real simple with SIU, when Shaw contributes, they win, if not they dont score much and usually lose.
