He was quoted as saying he was trying to get low and put an arm bar up to prevent being backed down all the way under the hoop. However Dirk commented on the "grip" that Shaun had which doesn't sound like a normal arm bar to me.

Idk matchups between people several inches apart result in odd contact sometimes. That is why that rule the ncaa had a couple years ago that resulted in an automatic flagrant for any elbow above the shoulder was misguided if well intentioned.

Looks like Shaun just had moment of poor judgement. Everyone knows he doesn't play that way. Cuban acts like his players have never made a mistake
