Thanks - Clayton Custer went to Iowa State ranked #92 nationally by Rivals....
..but once he started playing at the Big 12 level, I kinda think he was astute enough to start thinking of transferring...
He struggled, he got into 12 games but his stats are pretty non-existent - shooting only 20% from the floor and I think he knew he had to step it down a level..
Reminds me of Mike Bizoukas who went to DePaul - but he didn't transfer until he was a senior - and did OK in the MVC

This must have been decided by Fred Hoiberg a long time ago- his bio on the Iowa State site already describes that he transferred-
2014-15
Transferred at completion of 2014-15 season after seeing action in 12 games as a freshman ... averaged 1.1 points in 5.8 minutes per game ...

as far as schools with TRANSFERS OUT over the past few years, I can't think of anyone who rivals the three revolving-door-MVC schools
that have been veritable rosters-in-flux with huge numbers of transfers out over the past 3-4 years...
SIU, BU, and ISU - all have had massive roster overhauls each spring since the beginning of the Geno era....hard to say who has had the most - especially since I am not even sure the roster turnover is even done for this year yet...
BU - Maniscalco, Davis, Abell, Tucker, Stewart, Crawford, Hodges, Shayok, Wells, Swopshire, Zecevic, Taylor, Morgan, Cunningham, Amerson, Sutherland, Blake, Gavin, Donte? and can we count Macari?
ISU - Blue, Clark, Hill, Ekey, Simpson, Milasz, Smith, Threloff, Upshaw, Allen, Allen, Moore, Zeisloft, Keane, Beane, Lofton, Middlebrooks, Samuel, Wills, Hall, Ransom ? others?
SIU - Cleveland, Drinkard, Myers, Taylor, Teague, Breyer, Daniels, Goff, Setty, Swan, Whitt, Heins, Pendleton, Goodwin, Verhines, Caroline Glotta, Lavender, others? (can we count Hare, Booker, Dillard, Roundtree...?)Comment
