More trouble for Dana Altman

Even though Dana Altman was mentioned in Coach of the Year discussions.....
He is being dragged into court as one of the women who claims to be a rape victim of one of the players Dana dismissed - is saying her private medical and counselling records were obtained without her permission and then made public by the University of Oregon & Dana Altman, and used against her.
Two UO employees were then fired from their University jobs when they objected to this public discussion of the victim's private medical records!

"University of Oregon and members of the men??™s basketball staff, including
head coach Dana Altman, are being sued by a former recruit who tore his
ACL during an official visit to campus.

Crisshawn Clark....a junior college recruit ...suffered the injury as Oregon
assistant coach Mike Mennenga ran him through a basketball workout during
the visit.

..the lawsuit alleges that Oregon violated an NCAA rule that prohibits on-
campus evaluations of prospective student-athletes who are playing at a
junior college. Oregon self-reported this violation in Oct. 2015

If Clark was put through an illegal workout by Oregon ??” who admitted to
violating a rule by self-reporting ??” then he might have a case"
