Cunningham can play. The kid was a freshman and dominated the glass, and if he would have had a coach that made him stay away from the arc and closer to the rim, there's no telling how many rebounds he could have had every game.

At any rate, I wonder how likely he is to get interest from Indiana again. Wasn't that the school that was the runner-up for his talent when we got him?

I think he showed plenty this year that he's going to have some pretty good teams knocking on his door.

I agree, there is no question he can play and is going to get better. He does a lot of things that can't be coached. One of them is having a "nose" for the ball. He always seems to somehow get a hand on the ball coming of the backboard.

I think Indiana will be looking at him, as will many other schools that have openings. One of the things that attracted him to Bradley was, he did not want to play in the low post area on offense and was told he wouldn't. I'm fairly certain that will be the case again.

When he signed at Bradley, the fans didn't seem to care that he wanted to play as a wing or small forward, as opposed to the low post area. We were all just elated we got a Top 100 recruit. As soon as it became apparent he wasn't a very good 3-point shooter, a lot of people said he was overrated.

The fact of the matter is, he wasn't a good 3-point shooter in high school, yet our coach let him shoot it here anyway. That falls on the coach, not the player. That doesn't mean he's not a good player or over rated. It just means he can't shoot the 3-point shot.

Some people will say he has a bad attitude, he's not a team player, he only cares about himself. There may have been some problems in the locker room, but there appears to be a lot of problems throughout the program. It's not unusual for a player of Josh's caliber, that has never experienced losing, to be disgruntled.

I'm glad we had an opportunity to see Josh in a Bradley uniform. It shows we can still attract a Top 100 player here and he was one of the few bright spots we had this past season. I wish he was staying at Bradley and was willing to give Wardle a chance. Unfortunately he isn't. That doesn't mean he is any less of a person.

Hopefully, he goes to a school, gets his degree and has success.

Josh is going to be a very good player no matter where he ends up as long as he is willing to continue to work hard and improve his game. He can play in that 15-20 foot range on offense and w/ good coaching and hard work might even became decent enough to step out and take the 3 once in a while. His strong suite is his rebounding and then his mid range game and that will get better w/ hard work.
I really would have loved it if listened to his mother and not his handlers as I think he could have been one of the top players of the last 10 years by the time he would have graduated but he will be OK no matter where he ends up.
