so much for the thought that we need to keep Coleman and kiss up to the players and their handlers...
now we see that they were gonna leave whether Coleman was retained or not
    ...
"When asked if the pair's decision would be different if their recruiter, Ronald "Chin" Coleman,
were to stay on the BU staff, Irvin replied that it would not have made any difference."

schools will scramble to fill open scholarships so Josh will get callers....
but he doesn't play the low post, and yet tries the wing with his 23% shooting from outside...
        ..time will tell......

No insider knowledge at all but if I had to call my shot right now it would be DePaul or Illinois for both Josh and Chin.
If you cant go to school go to STATE!!

I was thinking DePaul. Illinois doesn't need a 6'7". They have one opening (currently) and they are looking at centers or PGs. DePaul on the other hand will be looking to add any Chicago they can.

I think DePaul is very likely.

I would put my money on Indiana, DePaul or Illinois. I know a lot of people here don't have a real high opinion about Josh's talents, but there are a lot of college basketball coaches that get paid a lot of money, that think he will be a very good player. The question is, where ever he goes, will there be a scholarship for Xzavier Taylor?

                  Prediction:
Xzavier Taylor ends up at UIC
Josh Cunningham ends up at DePaul

That may very well be. UIC would be a good place for Xzavier, although I do know he liked being away from Chicago and all of the gang violence he grew up with. He was very grateful when he came to Peoria and was able to leave his gang riddled neighborhood. I wish him well.

Josh would be a good get for DePaul and reopen the door to the Public League that has been closed for so long. His chances of going to an NCAA tournament are not very good at DePaul, unless the new coach is able to start getting Chicago guys to stay home. He was not able to do it when he coached there before.

“They just want a fresh start,” Irvin said. “(The losing season and coaching change) was tough on ‘em. They loved the city of Peoria and everything about Bradley. But they just wanted a change.”

Losing season... good luck winning at DePaul or UIC they have both been terrible for sometime.

To be fair, he didn't say they wanted a program that won more. He just said they wanted "a fresh start".

True... good luck to both of them wherever they end up next.

I would think most top 100 players would average more than 7 points a game. His 7 rebounds a game would have been higher if he stayed where he belonged and stopped shooting 3's from out of his, and most others, range. Probably would have averaged more ppg also.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

Most would except last year's team was very poorly prepared and had no offensive system to utilize a Top 100 type talent.
