Green Bay (18-5) is a similar team - no real true superstar - just small, unathletic kids who know the game, play smart, great shot selection, good passing, defense, and hustle. Both head coach Brian Wardle & assistant Brian Barone (Tony's son) would make great head coaches in the MVC!!.....
Fife does have one interesting selling point - he's strongly tied to one of the best point guard recruits in the midwest

Brian Wardle (Green Bay): Illinois guy that already recruits the state well. Recruits midwest well and has turned GB into a league contender year in & year out.
Chris Jans (Bowling Green): Former Wichita St Assistant- Knows the valley well & knows how to win in the valley obviously. BG was 12-20 last year before fired their coach. With Jans this year 21-12. Has Midwest ties and Juco ties
Those would be 2 guys I would heavily consider! IMO

one of the Chicago media gurus - who like him or not, is right more often than he is wrong..
Dave Kaplan listed (via recent tweets) these names of coaches he thinks DePaul should target - or who will be candidates for moving up this year...
Archie Miller
Bryce Drew
Seth Greenberg
Porter Moser
Ben Jacobson
Jeff Capel
Anthony Grant
Greg Lansing
Brian Wardle
Tommy Amaker
Steve Masiello
Tyrone Corbin
and Gregg Marshall & even Tom Crean if he's let go
btw - Rob Judson's name is still in the mix for here and elsewhere

then any reference to "2 days" would be ridiculous since nobody still in the NCAA would be available 'til late this week -
I think the "2 days" reference is because we are already talking to people and maybe one will take the bait very shortly - and if not then it'll take a little longer..

My preferences-
#1 Jerrance Howard
#2 Brian Wardle
#3 Scott Nagy
Who I think will be named the next coach at Bradley, since the JH option was nixed-
Probably Brian Wardle - it's possible he's already been offered the job. We'll know shortly...
Note: Wardle signed a 5-year contract in 2010 with a base salary of $133,000, with extras and incentives that pushed his total closer to $200K per year. He then signed a 5-year extension in April, 2014, that boosted his base pay to $230,000 with additional income and incentives that put it about $300K. So it would probably take and offer around $400-$450K per year to get him.

If the aforementioned, possible "Big Winner," is who we may think it is, he does not appear to have that many strong seasons and never has seen the NCAA as a head coach, so it does not appear as though he is that big of a winner. The other two names thrown out there, Davis and Grant, would make us a lot more happy. Just sayin'....
