He lists his picks for the MVC in 2015-16-
    1. Wichita State. The champs until proven otherwise - and as long as Ron Baker and Fred Van Vleet remain
    2. Illinois State. Deep and talented group could make it an ongoing rivalry with Shockers
    3. Northern Iowa. Lots of good pieces remain and Ben Jacobson has a winning system in place
    4. Evansville. Last chance for seniors-to-be D.J. Balentine, Egidijus Mockevicius to make a title push
    5. Loyola. Ramblers have handled Valley learning curve faster than most anticipated.
    6. Indiana State. Good young nucleus for Greg Lansing to work with, but most unstable of top six
    7. Southern Illinois. Pressure will mount for Barry Hinson with new athletic director coming on board
    8. Drake. Freshman Reed Timmer a sharp-shooting guard Bulldogs could build around.
    9. Missouri State. We??™ve documented in depth how important this offseason is to ramp up talent level.
    10. Bradley. Will Geno Ford be back as Braves??™ coach? As offseason begins, no one seems to know.

I think he is very close. In fact, his picks are nearly identical to my picks a couple days ago.
Here were my picks that I posted Sunday, right after the MVC Tournament-

I have believed all year that ISU had the 3rd best talent in the MVC, and it appeared that way today. They will lose only one significant player in Daishon Knight (their leading scorer), and a decent role player in Bobby Hunter.
They have a ton of talent returning next year, plus some pretty good talent coming in. They are a cinch for the NIT now, and I wouldn't be surprised if they are Picked #2 next year behind Wichita State.

On the other hand, UNI loses a lot to graduation- Seth Tuttle, Nate Buss, Deon MItchell, and Marvin Singleton- that's 3 of their top 4 scorers, and 3 of their top 4 rebounders. But unlike Bradley, I also guarantee they will reload with another crop of unheralded players who know how to play, and who get better every year in the UNI program.

    1) Wichita State
    2) Illinois State
    3) UNI

    4) Evansville (they lose only Jaylon Moore- their 8th leading scorer)
    5) Indiana State (they lose only Justin Gant and Jake Kitchell)
    6) Loyola (they lose Christian Thomas and Joe Crisman)
    7) SIU (they have no scholarship seniors)
8 )Drake (they lose Jordan Daniels, Gary Ricks, Karl Madison, Trevor Berkley, and Chris Caird)
    9) Missouri State (they lose only Christian Kirk and Ron Mvouika)
    10) Bradley- will be picked a distant 10th unless drastic changes are made

Missouri State's Ron Mvouika graduates and will transfer to St. John's to play his final season of eligibility

east coast writers are writing up this transfer as if Mvouika is an immediate impact player...claiming he can play point guard effectively...
...so time will tell if he's improved in his time off....
He played in only 2 games last year due to nagging injury, and scored only 11 pts & had one assist
(he did not play in either game vs. Bradley in 2014-15, and he only appeared in one of the games vs. BU in 2013-14 - scoring 10 pts

In his career at Missouri State he's played 33 games - started about 1/3 of them and averaged career totals of 6.7 ppg & 1.7 assists.

before that he spent a couple seasons in juco at Sheridan College (Wyoming) averaging 19 ppg/2.5 apg as a sophomore there.

He is eligible immediately as a grad transfer, and has one year left - but he's a French native who went to high school (prep school) out east so he wants to finish his career there - and St. John's (NY) is desperate for players -
