In Division II NJCAA John Wood Community College Blazers (23-11) in Quincy is turning some heads...
(They are not a juco athletic power and only sponsor four sports - MBB, WBB, Baseball & Softball)

they won a spot in the National Tourney as an unranked team
but have proceeded to knock off two higher seeds including the #1 ranked team in all of DII juco, Schoolcraft!

In DI - Hill College has made it to the Final Four with a one point win, 73-72, over Holmes College -
Marcus Johnson 25 pts, 7 reb, 6 asst
          Jemerrio Jones 17 ps/13 rebs
          Tyrell Bellot-Green 13 pts
Stefan Zecevic played but was scoreless/2 rebs

Hill College plays South Plains (who knocked off Vincennes & AJ Patty) in today's semifinals, NW Florida plays Georgia Highlands in the other semi.
South Plains has a guy Emmanuel Omogbo who is averaging 17ppg/10rpg but has stepped it up to 17 ppg & 16 rpg in the playoffs!
NW Florida is the team that has a bunch of shooters & scorers that Geno went to Florida to watch.
Their team averages 90 ppg & four of their guys are double digit scorers or shoot well from 3-pt
