Oh now you are just being kind. UNI by 21. Heck I'm all in favor of BU winning this tourney...as long as it doesn't alter what is supposed to happen after we lose our 24th game...

UNI is playing for their NCAA seed now - they do not want a close game vs. a MVC Tourney 10-seed
There are ways to keep the game close - and I am sure Geno will try to slow it way down - but that leads to desperation and bad shots as we saw last night..
I know a win is a win but the players have to be in misery after being recruited with the promise that we will play up-tempo and put points on the board - then they are forced to play 4-corners...

We need to be ready from the get go. UNI is going to want to come out and put the hammer down early. Can't commit unforced turnovers and give up easy baskets in transition. We also might want to do something that would be pretty unique for this team, SCORE.

The first Arch Madness i miss in four years and of course we win

I guess i'll take it over the alternative, however. Hope the boys can put up a fight, but i just can't see it with UNI trying to grab that 4 seed in the big boy tournament.

Play with abandon. Whatever Geno says, do the opposite. Take chances. Drive the basket and draw the foul. Take that low percentage 3. You have nothing to lose. No one expects a win. Prove them wrong.

Bradley played tough for 20 minutes, but UNI annhiliated them in the 2nd half.
                      Final: UNI 71 Bradley 46

The 2nd half of this game was a microcosm of the season- horrible shot selection, couldn't make shots, bad passes, completely overmatched, and couldn't stop UNI.

Final - an embarrassing 25 point blowout, 71-46

same old same old replay of what we've seen 30 times before...
way too many clanked FTs, missed bunnies, airballed threes, wild turnovers, and bad mistakes...
Too many weak links - no matter who we have that's playing well - there's always someone hurting us with turnovers and bad shot selection.

..then comes the meltdown - like in Wichita or Memphis when we are playing well and are close then in a heartbeat we fall behind by 20 and can't or won't call a time out because we used them all.
...unfortunately is isn't ever gonna change -

I'm not going to pile on, as we are very likely heading towards another coaching change. I don't like coaching changes, as they set you back. If Geno is fired, I wish him the best. I feel bad for him because I know he gave 100% for BU, it just didn't work out. I have no doubt he knows what he is doing and will bounce back better with another program.

Very emotional post game interview. It's a must-hear. Good God. You have to feel terrible for the guy.

Yep. He has been through a lot. I have no doubt that he would do very well in another job. If he gets another year, who knows? He might turn this thing around. None of us can predict the future.
