2003-2007 wasn't too bad a stretch either. Bradley went to the Sweet 16 in 2006 and the NIT in 2007, the White Sox won the World Series in 2005, The Cubs made the playoffs in 2003, 2007, and 2008, The Bears made the playoffs in 2005 & 2006 and went to the Super Bowl in 2007, and the Bulls started to get better and made the playoffs in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
It seems it has been all downhill since then for sports fans.

Looking for an upgrade on all three fronts.....there is hope that all three will be vastly improved next season which doesn't take too much, just want competitive teams for once......my hope is Bradley will do the right thing (Bears and Cubs already made the move)!

For those of you that are Active, Retired, or Veteran Military members I came across a really good deal on the Arch Madness website when looking for tickets to the games for my dad and I last night:

MILITARY SALUTE AND FAMILY DISCOUNT (All Five Sessions):

Beginning on Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 8, any active, reserve, retired or veteran military personnel receives a free single-session ticket by presenting a valid military ID at the Scottrade Center box office only -- subject to availability. Personnel are limited to one ticket per session and must pick up ticket separately for each session. At the same time, family and friends of military personnel can purchase single-session tickets for $15 on Thursday, $20 on Friday and $25 on Saturday and Sunday, but family and friends must be present with member of military personnel to receive the discount. The promotion is good while supply lasts. There will be an additional $4.00 facility fee for each ticket purchase.

Well - Bears made baby steps - there is a looooooong way to go there - especially with their best players getting a year older and as long as they have Cutler, there will be no championship in Chicago.

I've had a number of messages on the tickets and they are still available and I have them in Peoria. Just send me a PM. I have a total of 8 tickets for the Thursday session, 8 tickets for the Friday morning session and 2 tickets for the Friday afternoon session. I'm selling below the face-value on the tickets. BU Game Center-
Bradley will open the 2015 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Championship Thursday with an 8:35 p.m. tip versus Drake in the first round at Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

Note that the game is televised on the MVC-TV Network that includes ComcastSportsNet and FoxSportsMidwest channels. Long-time sportscaster (former White Sox and current Cardinals voice) John Rooney is doing the play-by-play, and ESPN analyst Mark Adams doing the analytic commentary.

                    Suspensions?

I've not seen anything confirmed about who will play tomorrow or who might miss this due to the "Big Al" fiasco. Any word yet?

Did another incident occur at Big Al's involving Bradley players? If you are just referring to the event involving Jones, Bell, and Grier from over a month ago all of those players are back and have been back for at least a couple games.
If you cant go to school go to STATE!!

Bradley has opened at some Las Vegas sports books as a 1 point favorite-

Some offshore internet betting sites show the game even, or Drake favored by 1 to 1.5 point.
