Looking back at the season, we actually beat Central Michigan by 9 points, and they've got 21 wins right now. Other than that, pretty much abysmal.

Let's hope we pull off an upset or two at the tourney, but not expecting it. Will be glad to get this season over with and move on to the future with a new Pres, A.D., and coach.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

4th year in the last 5 that we get Drake in St. Louis
..ya gotta think this year the Drake people are celebrating since they swept us this year and have beaten us every time they've met us in St. Louis in the GF era

I doubt his coaching career is over but his career at Bradley may be.

We could beat Drake, but we won't. However, Drake is done after us. UNI beat them soundly both times this year, and will be out for blood after the loss to WSU. However, just to point out, we only lost to UNI by 9 points the first time out this season. However, the second meeting was more of a thrashing, at 17 points. Further demonstrating that while UNI continued to improve over the season (despite their most recent loss), like most teams will the more they play together/receive competent coaching, we only had the first half of that formula, and did nothing but degrade.

We finished in DEAD LAST in the MVC -

I actually hope we get our inevitable 24th loss Thursday if it results in the firing and buying out of Geno one day sooner--I for one cannot wait to flush (another) woeful season down the crapper---and then look forward to a new Pres--AD--and Coach
              Bradley football--undefeated again this year

With your title, you should be used to season's like these. JK.

Yep---loveable loser fan --painfully guilty of this without a doubt

But---I think my Cubbies (having new ownership/front office personnel/manager----may be about to turn things in the right direction

My Bears have blown up the front office--new GM--new coach etc--hopefully steps to get back to the playoffs in a couple years

My Braves have been woeful--anything but lovable I do not see us getting out of our Thursday night tradition anytime soon--but it's not even something to have ANY optimism about until we get a new coach

My father and I would like to attend this 1st round game .....

As this is now the stated case and before indulging in looking for tickets to the same, we wanted to explore here the chance or possibility of any one out there with two tickets to this first round game no longer attending for whatever reason. Please contact me here with data of as much including how best getting in touch with you and getting the passes to the event. Thank you all and GOD Bless!!!

It might be better to try posting on the Wichita State or Northern Iowa message boards, because they sold thousands of all-session ticket packages, and most will not be attending the Thursday games, since neither of those teams play Thursday.

There are also a lot of ticket sellers who will be selling tickets on the streets. The tickets for Thursday games usually are available for a reasonable price, often below face value.

I'm right with ya pal...when the Cubs are the most hopeful among our teams, things are pretty bad.
I would say I pull for the Braves the most - then Cubs - then Bears, but all are pretty close.

Most meaningless game in Geno Ford era? Maybe
Will still pull for Braves, but truthfully a win won't do anything for me.

A win this Thursday could do wonders for the emotional makeup of the University and the fans. The girls finished on a win. Beating a team we have failed at doing so for so many years might just be the first big break we have been needing for as many years as long! May GOD Bless them with a big W!!! AMEN!!!

I hear you! I am a Cub, Bears and Bradley fan. This past year is about the worst I have ever endured. My best year was 1985-1986. The Bears won the Super Bowl in '86 they were 18-1. Bradley was 32-3. Leaving out the Cubs, the best sports year I ever had at 50 wins and 4 losses. Unbelievable really.
