    Bradley better watch out if players leave on their own or get ran off by the new coach (assuming Ford is gone). Those departures, plus any others in the previous 4 years, will negatively affect Bradley's APR number for several years into the future. The penalties are harsh.

      No negative impact from losing players will out weigh the positive impact of the coaching change.
