If Howard is an actual candidate won't we have to request permission to interview him as long as Kansas is still playing? And if they do well, we can't actually make the hire until they are eliminated correct? Never been more willing to root against KU in my life.

Permission was granted a couple of months ago. Until this came out about his little problem (which is now off the records if I'm not mistaken) this was already a package deal.
He becomes available as soon as Kansas is out of tournament.
Not sure if he is still being considered but may very well be.

I would be surprised if Howard is hired. However, everyone is saying Reynolds is a very good hire. We must be ready to trust his judgment and support any coach he hires.

Chris Reynolds is a person of high integrity. His will not terminate Geno Ford, just because some donors have big bucks and want him fired. He is his own man, and will make is own decision. He deeply appreciates the generosity of the big donors and their support for Bradley athletics, but he will make his own decision. And that's the way it should be.

My prediction:

1. Chris Reynolds is reviewing Geno's tenure as coach of BU this week.
2. This weekend he'll sit down with him and explain the reasoning behind his termination as head basketball coach.
3. Monday, the announcement is made that Geno has been fired.

New coach will be hired in less than a month.

Can't describe how excited I am about this guy. I almost asked for work off today so I could go to the announcement. I haven't read a discouraging word about him yet and really hope he lives up to all the expectations that are being put on him.
