By the way- Bradley's official RPI in that 2005-06 season was 39 (it was actually slightly better at 38 in 2006-07).
The NCAA stops calculating the RPI after the end of the regular season games. But here is a site that calculated the RPI's for 2005-06 after all the NVAA Tournament games had been completed, including Bradley's wins over Kansas and Pitt, and the loss to Memphis-
Bradley's final RPI that season was 33.
Wichita State's rose to 20. Missouri State, which was left out of the tournament despite an RPI of 21 at the end of the regular season, dropped slightly to 28. Northern Iowa was 36, SIU was 45, and Creighton was 47. So the MVC had 6 teams in the top 50 in RPI.
