  • Novel ticket pricing idea

Ohio State drops ticket prices for games with lesser opponents...
You'll save $14 each on games against Hawaii and Western Michigan next season, but remember that the cost of premium games will continue to rise.

A ticket plan that charges based on
    the attractiveness of an opponent
would then charge 2 or 3 times an avg price
    for games with attractive opponents.

Should season tickets then be priced as the sum of individual games' assumed market values (based on attractiveness of matchups)?

I don't think this is a bad idea??¦.I have no idea what happens in Columbus when they play lesser opponents but maybe they don't draw nearly as much??¦..season ticket holders pay for the season and guaranteed the same seat??¦..seems like a fair way to do it to me

Luckily OSU doesn't play Illinois next year??¦??¦I would hate to see the price for that one??¦..

Keep the prices at the present price for season ticket holders ( incentive to buy season tickets) but then adjust them during the season for certain games for people who wait to buy them individually
