  • How bad are the Knicks

probably the question doesn't even need to be asked because they are really bad...
They are just 5-36 -- but today they played the Bucks in London to promote the NBA over there...
    but it was sad.....
The Knicks were terrible...they trailed the Bucks 85-56 after 3 quarters - then the Bucks took their foot off the gas for a final score of 95-79

Carmelo had 25 and THREE of the Knicks starters were SCORELESS!!!!
Box score for the Milwaukee Bucks vs. New York Knicks NBA game from January 15, 2015 on ESPN. Includes all points, rebounds and steals stats.

Minnesota has only won one more game. They are 6 - 31.

While nobody was noticing, the NY Knicks have won 3 games in a row, and are in danger of playing themselves out of the top Draft pick.

The NBA goes by a lottery system to determine the draft order, so the Knicks could win several more games and still be in the hunt for the #1 pick. The lottery system is for the 14 teams that fail to make the playoffs. It also helps to prevent teams from going in the tank to get a better pick. The teams that have the worst record of those 14 teams that don't make the playoffs have better odds of getting the #1 draft. Through the lottery system only the first 3 picks are determined by the lottery. The remaining 11 teams select in order.

Yes, but the Knicks' odds of getting the top pick drop significantly with each win and as they move ahead of other teams.

Knicks solidified their chances at the top-OK-draft-AF-pick-OR, but sad news for Carmelo Anthony..
He is done for the season & will have season ending knee surgery that will take 4-6 months to recover

Plays 30 minutes in the meaningless All Star Game. Sits out remainder of the year.

I get why he's shutting it down but that's gold.

Knicks lost a franchise record 60th game last night and they still have 8 games left...

I used to root for them to lose but now it's almost like beating a dead horse...and ya can't help but just pity them now...

Why do they keep trying to win with obscure & ineffective coaches (Fisher, Woodson, D'Antoni, Isiah Thomas..)
and loads of mediocre players that they spend zillions on
