wow - that's surprising if true - because it is higher than lots of the schools that have football

It is true. Look it up at Guidestar.com. It lists all non profit organizations 990 annual reports

nobody can see the guidestar data without a subscription --

but that number definitely conflicts with this report

which says in 2011-2012 the combined salaries paid to Geno Ford, Jim Les, and Michael Cross was $1,263,000
Since we kinda know Geno gets around $650-700K, and Les was paid around $400K - the only conclusion one is left with - is that Cross was paid somewhere in the $120-200K range

BTW - when Michael Cross was named the new Athletic Director at Bradley in December 2009 (about 5 yrs ago) here are a couple things that were touted
about him in his roughly ten years at Princeton (in various Asst. and Assoc AD capacities) before coming to Bradley...
"Princeton won the Ivy League's unofficial all-sports standings and produced at least one individual team
or national champion in each of the 11 years Dr. Cross was on the staff. During that time, Princeton teams
won 24 national championships and 153 Ivy League titles, more than any other Ivy League institution."

In other words, they won 2-3 NATIONAL Championships per year and 15 or so Conference Championships per year on average while he was there.
But in his five years at BU, we have won a tad bit fewer National Championships ( actually zero) and a few less Conference Championships.

I do wish things would turn around, but if and when Mike Cross ever leaves Bradley for another job someday in the future, there will be very few things about his stay at Bradley that can be used to embellish his resume'.
