the Joanne and Cross trainwreck continues:

    1. Still no agreemnent with Les
    2. Sammy at Illinois today
    3. DSE now likely transferring

    5. Joanne having to continue try and tell the biggest boosters that were not lied to or misled. They are not buying what she is selling.

the total lack experience and preparation of Joanne and Cross continues to be revealed.

    1) Who cares, what they they can agree on is he wont be back and from what I have heard it might not cost the school a penny
    2) Who cares, TB is coming back and with a new coach and a real system my guess is we finish better than 10th
    3) This would be unfortunate as he is one of the 3 players I would care if they leave
    4) Who cares, they are still getting paid by the school so if they dont want to help they can stop collecting checks. None of them save JC will likely be around next year anyway.
    5) Who cares and I am personally aware that 2 of the top highest end Bradley donors who wanted Les gone and I am also aware that a new high end donor might be making up most of the lost money ( See post 1)

At this board we dont think Bradley is going to fall into the deep abyss because we fired a coach.

the fans who cheered us into this abyss and who demanded all the changes that have sunk Bradley - will never admit their error even though most are now actively cheering for BU to do it all over again now.

It just shows how some people badly misjudged where those changes would lead us. There were lots of those kinds of overly optimistic posts, and maybe someday I'll drag more of them out.
Everything some of us here predicted has happened. While Jim continues to build on an improved UC Davis program that was far worse than anything here at Bradley when he took over, the exact opposite is happening here. Bradley, which was solid program with incredible support and facilities, is now in worse shape than it has ever been in anyone's lifetime.

As far as the "new high end donor might be making up most of the lost money", that was obviously a pipe dream, or just an outright lie. We now see the horrible financial losses (over $18 million in just 3 years) coming from the Bradley athletic department, and unfortunately, there are no new donors to even make any of the millions lost. In fact, many big-money donors I have spoken to have refused to support this administration any more. Many donors are now withholding their donations until there is a change at the top where these terrible misjudgments and mistakes were made. Thankfully, those generous and loyal donors' decisions, will be what will eventually help lead to a change.
