We decided that everyone there could have easily fit in the lower bowl.

Washington State needed their best game of the season (54.4% shooting and 57.9% from three) to get by UCD at home. Corey Hawkins had 29 points. UCD shot 56% for the game, and 56% from three. It would be nice to see that kind of offensive efficiency from anyone, let alone an entire team.
9-2 would still look pretty good here right now. And playing well on the road is also something Bradley fans aren't used to seeing often.
T brought it up that they were playing so I just posted the score ??¦??¦I'm guessing if UCD wins it would have already been posted??¦..it's going to be a long season for WSU and I like Greg a lot so I hope they win a few this year??¦

with the stats it doesn't look like either played much defense

I saw they lost - don't have a lot of depth in the post and got outrebounded, 2nd chance points...

not a lot of people woulda thought UCD would hang with a Pac12 team but they fall to 9-2 ....I'd love to be 9-2

Right now I'd settle for another 4th/5th place finish in the Valley.

In UIC's release...Howard Moore is lobbying to play Bradley again the next couple years...

"..said Moore. ???I would like to see this series continue. I think it is good when in-state schools can play each other.???

But seriously folks this was a titanic struggle between 2 bad teams. I didn't think Tramique was selfish as much as that was what the defense gave him and he was actually able to finish at the basket for the most part because of a novel idea. He used the backboard. If things don't improve rapidly this could be our last win for awhile.

definitely glad to have Tramique healthy and playing PG...
but after his first game where he had 6 assists and no turnovers, he has since totaled 5 assists & 10 turnovers - and it isn't because we've played top defenses or competition

Where was Glasser seated? That would be an interesting talk...

Dr. Cross, who usually sits at the scorers table - was there sitting in the stands with his family

                      Final: Bradley 68-uic 60

Memo to Geno and the B Ball coaching staff.....Shooting free throws by throwing a "Frozen Rope" at the rim is a great way to drive your FT % down and lose games.
How about teaching/coaching your guys to put more arch on the ball and watch your FT % start to go up.

UIC has serious problems, too - maybe they should co-op with Chicago State

that loss is Howard Moore's 100th loss in just a little over 4 years at UIC...
the fans (the few that there are on their message board) are saying enough is enough -- as they point out that there are extremely few head coaches who have lost 100 games that fast...
Geno Ford has lost 72 in 3.5 years...
Each of our prior coaches either never reached the 100 loss total or took 6-7 years or more to do it..
