How do they step into the Valley, unanimously panned as the weakest Valley team and within one year they are more improved than anyone?

My prediction: Loyola will finish 5th or 6th this year, avoiding Thursday night. Bradley and Drake are shoe- ins for Thursday... Then I think Indiana St., SIU, and Missouri St. battle it out to stay out of Thursday. 2 of those teams will play on Thursday.

the battle for 6th will be between SIU and MSU. Indiana State, Bradley, and Drake will play on Thursday for sure. The bottom 3 teams are just that bad. SIU and MSU have shown they can play well (at times) and at other times they've shown they can be as bad as the bottom 3
