Yes, I consider myself as loyal as any fan to Bradley. I've been a fan since 1967, season ticket holder since 1978, attended every home game for over 40 years, and more road games than any fan alive, and donated enough to support a small family for decades. But if changes aren't made soon, it's adios for me.

Lose 64-54 - we drop to 4-8 - when many people thought we'd be 10-2 at this point...
our starters shoot about 25%
Grier finishes with 16 but no D
Bell isn't likely to start next game after this - 1-8, no D and 5 fouls...
Betcha Shaw starts over Taylor as well....unless Geno just doesn't care or is on the hook to or beholding to Mac Irvin
Given the poor play by everyone else - Wells also deserves to play as much as anyone.

Not a great way to be having lunch while listening to this crap. I said it to my facebook friends last night. I am a loyal sports fan. I have always supported my teams to the bitter end, no matter how bad things get. But if the Board of Trustees doesn't do what they have to do, and that's to get rid of Madame President, our AD and Geno and the coaching staff, I'm done. I can spend my season ticket money on something else.

Does anyone know the final score? Seems like even a simple final score is too much to expect from the amateurs running this tournament and those reporting it.
The Live Stats, which have only worked for about half the games in this event, reports the final score was 64-55. The Bradley people tweeted the final score was 65-54.
Dave Reynolds initially tweeted that it was 64-55, but he just tweeted a correction that it was actually 64-54.
But then shortly after Dave tweeted the correction, the PJ Star posted an article, by Dave Reynolds, saying it was 64-55-
ESPN says it was 64-54-
Live scores for NCAAM games on December 22, 2014 on ESPN. Includes box scores, video highlights, play breakdowns and updated odds.
And the final box score now is available and it says 64-54, so I guess we'll go with that-

UCI wins 72-70 - helps our RPI
buzzer beater by Alex Young breaks the 70-70 tie and wins for UCI
Young finishes with 18 pts/8 assists - and ..
Remember he only played one half against us...
Sunday's opponent UIC just got beat by Northwestern 60-43 - UIC shot only 25% so maybe we have a chance at a win!

I'm a loyal fan of Bradley M BB. We have a great tradition in the NCAA. We've enjoyed great coaching, effort and pride. We have good players, but a terrible team. We need a coaching change! I'm tired of the oral dysentary from a fast talking coach, who cant produce a competitive product. Lose to Augustana???? Talk is cheap. He has had time. I want to be proud and interested once again. PLEASE bring in anybody else. It would be an improvement.

yeah - the loss to Augustana should have been enough of a wake up call for everyone - but sadly the PJS guys and a few clueless fans bought the spin that we only lost to Augustana because they're better than half of Division I and that we have multiple All-Conference caliber kids waiting on the sidelines and coming back in a game or two...
If anyone followed today's game - the worst part wasn't the loss...
the worst part was that - even as Dave Snell & Chad Kleine repeatedly pointed out - our guys and their coach NEVER once even looked like we were interested in making a run...
never once seemed able to get a stop, or play some in-your-face-Dyricus-style defense - or knock down a clutch Jeremy-Crouch-style shot or get open & create a Walt Lemon-style dribble drive...
It might still take some people a while, but most now see how good those players in the cupboard were and just how badly they and our current bunch are being coached..
be nice to see tomorrow's coverage in the paper start with "boy were we ever wrong .."

FWIW - here's a thread from Dec. 2011...3 years ago...
every single post in this 2011 thread could be said again today Dec. 2014...
we haven't changed, haven't improved, can't shoot better, can't score better, and despite a few objections in that thread of 2011 about giving it more time and people being impatient, and that we were going to be better right away with GF - this shows a total lack of progress from Year-one to Year-four..
...the only difference is that almost all those dissing on JL seem to have disappeared quietly into the woodwork and are speechless now, although some have begun to beat the drum that we've been beating for 3.5 years.
