Seems everyone lists Payne in their top 10 and says he's a solid D-I player.

The latest rankings by Chicago Hoops has Cully droped down to #15 in his class just a couple slots behind Conrad Krutwig.
At one time he was Top-3.
I think all the hype from his early verbal to D-I gave him some boost but now people see him play and aren't as impressed with a 5-11 SG who can go 1-17.
