Illinois State gets a nice road win at UAB this afternoon.
ISU lead 74-73, and UAB had a chance to win at the end, but missed their shot. Then a few extra free throws made the final score 78-74.

The other MVC game today was supposed to be Missouri State at Oral Roberts University. It was scheduled to start at 3:00 PM, but the game has been postponed and will not be played today. Apparently a major power outage at the ORU Mabee Center, and involving a large portion of Tulsa caused the postponement.

Most electric customers in south Tulsa have power - but ORU and CityPlex are still without electricity. PSO expects it to be restored by 5:30 p.m.

ISU will manhandle the Braves, especially the front court. Another slam dunk festival which we can expect Don't know if BU recruited Nick Norton, but he sure would be a plus in our back court. A first year freshman, he has a lot more poise than anyone we currently have. I know his dad's UAB women's head coach, so that probably precluded going anywhere else.
