Mike Shaw is in a walking boot because of a toe injury

He sure didn't do much last night. And this is his 4th year of college. Can we expect him to improve if he hasn't by now?
I could understand if he was matched against a team like Kentucky or Kansas, but against last night's smallish, unathletic, vertically and pigmentally challenged opponents, he should have been able to dominate and have his way. Unfortunately, he did not, and he wasn't the only one.

I guess I feel a little different about Shaw. I want to see him play when he does not have the foot injury bothering him. I am willing to give the benefit of a doubt. However, I am probably not a good source as I didn't see the game last night. I should be attending the next four home games.Comment

Can't believe you posted that. ..I often think that some comments here come from folks that never played or coached basketball but are innocent comments. ..but this crosses the line. ..there are very good white players and very good black players. ?similarly there are very bad players in both groups. In this case he called it like it is, or was. If Shaw was as good as advertised, he should have dominated. The person you are nit-picking has been going to, and supporting BU games since probably before you were born. Guess what, not all of our players have been the same color. when major movie studios can produce "White Men Can't Jump" and TV shows spoof guys playing basketball all the time - then why such thin skin here?
