BU women win the Valley championship and the men finish 3rd. Caitlin Bush is individual champion and Eric Delvo finished 5th.

Willy Wood (who was hired by Dr. Cross this year) coaches both the women and men.

I know - they have done a good job - they enjoy the benefit - advantage that BU has twice the scholarships to give out and in team XC depth is everything - but you still have to run and they did a great job

I recall pointing out we should keep an eye on the Cross Country program this season (especially the women). Congrats to the Bradley Cross County teams and individual runners!

your women's team could make the NCAA meet if they have a good race at the regional meet on the 14th, they're good. Bradley hosts this meet

BU women's cross country gets 3rd in Regional
...only the top two teams from each (of the nine) regionals earn automatic bids to the NCAA Finals - but then 13 teams get at large bids,
and Bradley's status as conference champion may help in the selection process.
54 other individuals (30 all-around competitors and 24 individual event specialists) not on qualifying teams are also selected.
