  • Bradley Athletics Mission and Communication

This message was generated out of a response to the "Individual Game tickets??" thread, but the message applies to any dealings with the Bradley Department of Athletics, so I am posting in a stand-alone thread and I am going to begin by referring you to the Bradley Athletics Mission Statement:

We take this mission and our core values very seriously and try to apply them to all of our actions. The intention of all of our staff members is to work with our fans and public in general in a first-class and courteous manner. We may not be able to fulfill every request, but we will make every attempt to be as accommodating as possible. I would certainly encourage anyone who feels they have not been treated in that manner to speak directly with one of our full-time staff members. Our staff directory is located online at BradleyBraves.com (http://www.bradleybraves.com/StaffDi...DB_OEM_ID=3400) and we all are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Certainly, if you ever experience a problem, we encourage you to raise your issue directly with us. We want your experience to be the best that it possibly can be and our best opportunity to make that happen is when you communicate directly with us. The opportunity to communicate directly extends to Dr. Cross and you will find his contact information at the top of our staff directory.

I have not had any problems with BU personnel in any form or fashion. However, Bobby has helped me with other issues and his help was prompt and very appreciated. Thanks Bobby.

Also ticketing people have been very helpful to an out-of-town fan. Again thanks.
