I received the postcard about the red/white scrimmage today -- 3 days after it happened!!! This motivated/reminded me to post/ask the following:
I'm curious about others' experiences -- I've been a season ticket holder for 20+ years -- it may go back to 1990 and before that I attended most games. I have attended every MVC Tourney since that time -- safe to say I am/was a long term fan.
I was constantly frustrated by asking for the ticket office to accomodate "an out of town" season ticket holder. The simplest of requests seemed impossible. For example, couldn't mail the tickets to me (this year they said they would for a price). Getting MVC tickets seemed difficult and when we went to the Sweet 16 in 2006, I gave up trying to get tickets from the ticket office and bought them onsite there.
For these and some other reasons (i.e. a trend of not very good basketball), I gave up the tickets this year.
My wife does have season tickets at another mvc team and it's a different story with their office. We get handwritten thank you's (not necessary) and good service (our contributions at both schools were similar).
I'm not a big contributor but kept up my maintenance every year. I'm curious if those of you in Peoria see a little better customer service from the Bradley ticket office.
